Life-Tired
I want to be an active person. That’s why I walk, why I move, why I record even the small things. But sometimes the kind of tired I carry isn’t trail-tired, it’s life-tired.

These past weeks I’ve gone from no work, to ten-hour days, to surprise consulting visits that turned demanding fast. People have been high maintenance, schedules unpredictable. I thought I’d recover with a little rest, but life-tired doesn’t lift of your body quite so easily.
When I feel that kind of tired, I ask myself: What can I get today to keep working on FormaFit Active? Because FormaFit Active isn’t just a brand. It’s my way out of this, and it’s also my new plan. This is what I mean when I say movement without limits.
It’s not about perfect routines or endless energy. It’s about showing up, even when you’re drained. It’s about choosing one step forward, one clip recorded, one reminder that I’m building something bigger than my tiredness.
That’s the plan. And it’s already in motion.
Thank you for coming along this far, every read, every share, every step matters. Let’s keep moving.
