I’m Coach Vida, the creator of FormaFit Active and FormaFire. My work is built on movement, discipline, and the belief that steady practices create a steady life. I’ve spent years training, walking, rebuilding, and learning how to stay sharp through every season, fast, slow, uphill, or uncertain. FormaFire grew out of my real routines: walking to clear my mind, journaling to hear myself clearly, and using simple daily practices to stay grounded.
