Line Up the Shot: This Work is for the Long Game

I’ve been thinking about this for a while now. They say the work you do today shapes your life ten years from now. I’ve envisioned this in my work, my professional goals, in my personal goals, and even in the city as I move through it. I can’t unthink it.

It’s not about no fear, it’s about moving anyway.

I believe it. But it’s more than just about hustle. It’s about getting in position. and lining up your shot, doing the reps behind the scenes so that when the moment shows, you’re not scrambling. Other emotions like fear or excitement don’t interfere.

You’re sharp, you’re steady, and you’re already aiming.

Today’s walk? It wasn’t just for the steps. It was part hustle, part prayer, and all part preparation.

I’ve got my visor on and my mind in motion. I’m not rushing. I’m aligning. Because I don’t want to just take any shot, I’m going to hit it clean. And I know the only way to do that is to move now.

Even when it’s quiet. Even when it’s hard. Even when no one’s clapping. Including even when someone is watching and waiting for you to fall but guess what, there’s a whole lot more people rooting for you, and rooting for me, because it means much more than your own glow up, it means its possible. And one day, this pace becomes power, this focus becomes freedom. And this shot?

It’s going to go boom 💥

That’s why I #StayReady #StaySharp # StayActive #SinLímites
