If Your Pay Requires You to Show Up, You’re Working Class

If your pay requires you to show up, you’re working class. That’s not an insult, it’s the truth, it’s not weakness, it’s power. Most of us don’t earn from investments or royalties. We earn by moving. By putting in the hours. By being present where the work happens.

FormaFit Active is built on that reality. I move because I’m working class. Because my work is that of service, one of providing resources and information. One of skilled labor, one of using my brain. I move because my body shows up before the pay does. Sometimes via a paycheck, sometimes via an invoice, it comes how it comes in this world of gig work. In my work, full time jobs with benefits are hard to find but the work is challenging and rewarding and dare I say, provides a good and a conribution to the world. The hustle is physical, whether it’s clocking in, carrying weight, walking miles, so I stay strong, age intentionally strong and healthy or keeping neon on so I’m seen and safe.

Movement without limits isn’t just about workouts. It’s about survival. It’s about showing up tired and still taking the step, because your roof, your plate, your family, your future depends on it. Because if you’re not around, then who is for those that you serve, from your profession to your family and even your pets.

If that’s you then you’re my people. Stay moving. Stay Ready. Stay Sharp But more importantly, stay present.

Movement without limits isn’t just about workouts.
