FormaFire: Arrive. A Guided Journaling Experience for Clarity and Readiness
Today I released a new guided journaling experience on the FormaFit site.
FormaFire: Arrive is a 9-part, self-paced journaling and self-reflection course designed for clarity, readiness, and grounded direction. It’s built around quiet prompts, intentional pauses, and private reflection—no sharing required.
This work is for people who are already doing the work and need a way to re-orient without noise.

FormaFire: Arrive is a structured, self-paced journaling and self-reflection experience designed to help you slow down, take accurate inventory, and identify the next right step. This course is built around discipline, presence, and honesty—not motivation or performance. Each session guides you through intentional writing prompts with built-in pauses for reflection. You can move through the experience at your own pace and return to any session as needed.
