Tunnel Walk: A Guided Walking Reflection (Journaling Version)

Take a quiet walk with me through Griffith Park, beginning inside a tunnel, moving through open trail, passing moments of winter light and wildlife, and returning through the same tunnel at the end. This 49-minute journey becomes a guided reflection, inviting you to slow down, notice your pace, release what’s heavy, and reconnect with yourself through movement.
